To create and support meaningful connections with family, friends, employers, and the community as a whole.
Post-Secondary Education and Training
To support access to post-secondary educational opportunities and engagement in peer relationships on the college campus. To support access to vocational skill development through engagement in volunteer, internship or employment opportunities with job coaching support as needed.
Community Participation
To provide instruction in the community that promotes access, confidence and engagement. Community-based instruction will target the development and generalization of functional life skills leading to meaningful connections and ease of navigation.
